Help! My niece delegated my sisters dinner perfectly and I have put so much pressure on myself to do this decorating thing perfect, I can't believe this I am drawing a blank!! Need idea asap! Working on 20 mini silver tin pails (Hobby Lobby). Have a roll of white tulle, navy & silver ribbon & planned to put hershey kisses in the pails? Also have some 25th anniversary confetti & (48-count)champagne glass/ribbon mini ornaments. Just don't know how to put it together??

I would put something in the belly of the pails so that you don't have to use half the bag of hershey's to fill it then I would pre cut piece of the tulle to come up from the bottom, gather it in a few places to give it a scalloped look on top and then glue the ribbon (that you've already tied into a bow) to the part where the handle is attached then glue the flower onto the middle of the ribbon. You can glue some of the confetti onto the tulle? that might look really cute... if you want to attach the ornament i would loop in onto the pail first then use some glue to keep it in place or you could buy glue dots... it's a miracle worker because you can do and undo anything you attach to it so easily...
